Re: Enesco Canada’s Third-Party Marketplace
Effective 4/17/23

As part of Enesco’s strategic plan to better support our brick-and-mortar retailers as well as the reputation and integrity of the brands we own and represent, we are writing to share Enesco is implementing a strategic change to our Company’s third-party marketplace strategy beginning on Monday, April 17th, 2023.

Enesco will no longer sell to retailers who currently market or sell Enesco Branded Products or brands we distribute via a third‑party marketplace as their primary source of revenue. Third-party e‑commerce marketplaces are sites that offer products from multiple sellers. Some better‑known examples are Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Michaels.com. Authority to list and sell Enesco Branded Products or brands we distribute on third party e‑commerce marketplaces is subject to Enesco’s sole and absolute discretion and may be revoked for any reason without notice.

Also, as part of this policy, Enesco will no longer ship orders under the Amazon FBA program. All orders shipped must be sent to a retailer’s own warehouse or directly to its store locations.
